Kevin551 & everyone,
Wahazar made this request on Discord:

Wahazar wrote:

May I ask to be in one team with shoter? I invited him to this game thus I would continue tutor him

I'm fine with that.

How about we move Shoter to team 1 and Zoe to team 0?

Or move Wahazar to team 0 and move someone to team 1?

If so exchange shoter with orisson.
Kunki and orisson are friends.

I am OK with team 0. Both are good for me.

Joy and Alfred I also know will want to be on the same team, and I'd be happy to oblige them.

I propose: Alfred ->3, and... Sigur -> 4?

Now I'm going to pull a Zoltan manoeuvre and whine that this would make our team weaker tongue At least, I think. I don't know how much experienced Alfred is smile

Re: Here are the teams (not that east to read, yet)

I'm fine with any swaps as long as both the players who are being swapped agree.
I also think Corbeau is perfectly within his right to reject any swap if it imbalances his team.

If Kunki and orisson are friends.
And also Wahazar and  Shoter.
Then it makes sense to have friends play together.
But I want confirmation from the players being swapped.
I don't want to swap an active player for an idler.

Currently I don't know the status of any players being mentioned for swapping other than zoe.
zoe has written here, hence zoe is active, hence I would like to keep zoe.

I have a lot of work to do so, naturally, I decided to skip it and do something completely useless. So here are my proposals of emblems for groups 0-4.

Well then, I'll happily remain with Kevin smile However I think we could aim for a swap that makes our team a bit stronger if anyone is interested...

That even is true without Corbeau being "Captain"? :-P

Re: Here are the teams (not that east to read, yet)

btw - who are the captains and how were the teams chosen. ?

And Corbeau thanks for our team logo. I am not sure teams 4 and 5 will like theirs though.
I propose team 1 is called team matrix.

Actually, the reference was due to "The One" part wink Team 1 - The One. Geddit? wink

Also, there is no Team 5 smile It's 0-4.

And yes, I'm not the team captain, and even if I was, firstly I'd like to hear from our captain (I think that's Hans), but also others.

Wahazaar to team 0 and kunki to team 1?

I see where this is going. How about Wieder attributes both pairs to teams 0 and 1 in all fairness so that the game is as balanced as possible?

Re: Here are the teams (not that east to read, yet)

If I may suggest a protocol, or, in simpler terms, a limitation.

A team leader can propose a player to be moved from his to other team, OR from other to his team, but not both. Now it's up to the other team's leader to propose the second part of the switch, either from or to his team.

So, either "we give you X, who do you give in retirn" or "you give us Y, who do you want in return".

Re: Here are the teams (not that east to read, yet)

I thought that swapping one player with other equivalent is an easy task, but now I see that it is like pulling blocks from the rumbling Jenga tower, sorry for that,
I can decline my swap demand if it would be a reason of a crash of the whole team picking system.

Yes... Changing the teams is a very complicated task and maybe better not to attempt that if not absolutely necessary.

FYI the captains are not revealed. smile And Wieder won't get involved besides running the script. So it's up to us.

Anyways, it's really important to me that people who want to play together can (if it's within reason of balance). I'm willing to work with you guys to either give shoter or take Wahazar.
I guess Zoe rejected my offer... But needs to replace it with another.

Re: Here are the teams (not that east to read, yet)

I agree that the people who want to be together should be together. It's just a game anyway. I wanted to try to balance the game more, but I should let my captain decide. It's more his place than mine...

Re: Here are the teams (not that east to read, yet)

Anyone can object, even on a different team.

But who is the captain? I thought it was you, Zoe? Or maybe Wahazar is captian. But either way, do you object or not? Fine if you do, but a counter offer would be great. smile Game is going to start soon.

This concept of secret captains is absurd. I do not know who is the captain of my team. I suspect it is Wahazar.
And yet cgalik - who I assume does know because he is one of the captains - is trying to poach Wahazar from our team.
Given this situation I now reject all swaps from our team, until some clarity emerges.

Starting the game before another test game does not make sense. Only 15 players logged onto the test game. There are currently way too many players idle.
I would rather play a game with 15 real players playing 1 nation each, than each of those 15 players having to play 2 nations because of idlers.

Re: Here are the teams (not that east to read, yet)

Wait if Wahazar is our captain, doesn't that solve all the issues? He can't be captain, create a team and than leave it!

Anyway can't we include conditions in Wieder's code (for ex: if Wahazar is picked, Shoter is picked at the same time but the team can't pick in the next round)? In case people haven't noticed in LT44 with all my \take, I am no coding expert so it's just a proposition tongue

Kevin in our team, we have Nirti who plays everyday in LT44 so I doubt he'll idle. I'll write to him. I don't know about the others though.
