final settings

I've invalidated some polls, and am still deciding on some. If you want to argue about it, post in the respective poll threads.

Apart from the 3 pending polls, here is what seems to be the final settings: http://akfaew.jasminek.net/crap/lt/LT32.tgz

BTW. in the future, if you make a poll, use the real settings and not imaginary ones, like "Poles_can_attach_to_continent=Enabled". Dumping your homework on someone else isn't nice.

I noticed that in the '.serv' file that you gave us, that on line 24 it is written
  set diplchance=70
but then on line 39 it says
  set diplchance=50
Could you please tell me which one is the correct one. Thank you.
(I found this out because I was rearranging the settings in that file for myself)

Edit: I improved the horrible wording of this post.  (I am never quite sure to what degree we may edit our posts).

Also steepness is set to 5.
That poll was declared invalid so the default 40 should still be in place.
Steepness=5 is way too low. The terrain is almost flat. No iron or gold, or mountain ranges to lose your elephants on.

Both invalid poll just mean we'll agree on something else. Wetness 60? Ok maybe. With steepness 40? No, just no.

set unreachableprotects=false should be set unreachableprotects=disabled

sciencebox should be 800 - 8 players on the team
techpenalty should be 0 - poll to allow changing goal without penalty
diplcost should be 0 - allow team mates to transfer gold
diplomacy should be team

Team leaders received the map. They will now deliberate on various issues, so stay in contact with your leader, he might ask you for your preference.

We shall start no sooner than approximately 3 days + the time it takes to place all team mates on the map. Delaying starting the game for extended periods of time is a longturn tradition, so newcomers should get used to it :)

hello... i came late at turn 900 and tried to build 2 cities, and both starved...

one city used oasis + pheasant..
other city used spice + pheasant..

why was there negative food at turn 900, but at start of game this problem didn't happen??

If I understand it well, the minimum distance between cities is 5, so it means that there has to be at least 4 empty fields between two cities.
