Rules say "There is no rapture growth", but Server Options have "Number of turns between rapture effect"=3
So, does rapture growth enabled or disabled in LT34?

There should be no rapture growth because no "Rapture_Grow" effect exist in the LT ruleset. Same as with the civ2civ3 ruleset it is based on.
Because of that, the server setting "rapturedelay" has no effect.
Well, this is just my understanding.
